Pre-vis
Shot-by-shot pre-visualization. AI-generated key frames for every VFX shot before any production decisions are locked.
/ Service
Generative effects, compositing, and impossible shots.
AI VFX is generative visual effects work — set extensions, environment replacements, atmospheric work, and complex composites — produced through AI generation pipelines integrated with traditional VFX tooling (Nuke, After Effects, DaVinci). We sit between a full VFX house and a motion-graphics shop: small enough to be agile, deep enough to deliver feature-grade work.
At Xinemind, VFX is creative production, not just technical fixing. We design effects work into the script, not bolt them on in post. AI-generated elements give us shots that would historically require greenscreen stages, digital matte painters, and 6–12 weeks of compositing — at a fraction of the timeline. The work delivered for confidential web series clients (in-progress, embargoed) is the proof of pipeline capability.
For commercials, we deliver hero VFX shots that would otherwise blow the budget. For series and film, we deliver entire VFX-driven scenes — environments, characters, simulations — that can compete with Hollywood-pipeline work at independent-budget scale.

Shot-by-shot pre-visualization. AI-generated key frames for every VFX shot before any production decisions are locked.
For live-action shoots, we provide on-set guide frames so DOP and director frame plates that will composite cleanly with AI-generated layers.
Hybrid pipeline — AI generation for environments, simulations, and atmospheric layers; traditional compositing in Nuke/AE for integration and final polish.
Shot-level QC, color-managed pipeline, delivered to picture-lock spec or to client editorial.
/ Where this fits
A small location stage extended into an entire futuristic city, mountain landscape, or mythical environment.
Smoke, fog, rain, magical effects — all the things that would require an SFX team and weather permits, generated at frame level.
The 1–3 shots in a campaign that need to feel impossible. Scaled to the budget that's actually available.
/ FAQ
Yes. About half of our VFX work is delivered as a vendor under another production lead — integrated into their pipeline, with our outputs slotted into their edit and color workflow.
We give the DOP and director on-set frame guides so plates are shot to composite cleanly. Where we are involved before production, the success rate of comp work is much higher.
Yes — character VFX and digital double work are part of our pipeline, including consistency-managed character work for series-format work.
